An Organizational Structure Update

As we step into 2025, we're excited to share some organizational changes that align with our Corporate Goals and position us for continued success.
These changes, effective immediately, are designed to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support our mission to:
1. Deliver an exceptional partner experience – serving both internal and external stakeholders with excellence.
2. Drive growth, creating opportunities – fostering innovation and expansion.
3. Become the most desirable place to work – prioritizing culture, engagement, and employee development.
Key Organizational Changes:
Service Teams Unification – All Service teams will now report to Jeremy Colvard. This integration will improve coordination, communication, and service delivery across both teams.
Quality and Coil Inspection Alignment – Coil Inspectors will now report to JR Griffin, and all of Quality will report to Macy Kindle. These changes ensure greater focus and accountability within our Quality function, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

These updates directly support our 2025 Corporate Goals by fostering collaboration, enabling growth, and enhancing the workplace experience. We believe these changes will not only streamline our operations but also create opportunities for professional development and improved service to our partners.
