Jacob Hegy Transitions to RSI as Business Development Manager.

We’re proud to announce that Jacob Hegy, who has been a key leader in the success of our RAE Coils division, is stepping into a new role with RSI.
Jacob will serve as Business Development Manager—a newly created position that reflects the continued growth and opportunity within the RSI brand. He will be relocating from Tulsa, OK to Boise, ID to take on this challenge, working closely with Troy and Jeremy to deepen relationships with existing customers and drive expansion into new markets and applications.
During his time with RAE Coils, Jacob’s impact has been significant:
Joined the RAE team in 2019 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma
Spent 8 years on the Coil Sales team, 6 of those as Sales Director
Led the division to three consecutive record-breaking years
Grew coil booking numbers by 100% during his tenure as director
Oversaw the Parts Department for 3 years, adding three team members and building the strong structure in place today

Evan Jones Returns to RAE Coils as Sales Director.
We’re excited to welcome Evan Jones back to RAE Coils as our new Sales Director, stepping into the role previously held by Jacob Hegy.
Evan brings a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership experience, and a deep familiarity with our products and customers—making him the perfect fit to lead the Coil Sales team into its next chapter.
Evan’s professional background reflects a strong track record of success across multiple sectors:
Most recently served as National Sales Manager at Cooney Engineered Solutions, where he led and supported a nationwide rep network, selling specialty coils across the U.S. and Canada
Focused on rep development and training to drive market penetration with engineering firms, contractors, architects, and building owners
Previously held a regional sales role with Kemp Quarries, serving construction clients across multiple states with custom aggregate solutions and a strong focus on relationship-building
Currently a Principal Owner at Adventure Properties, where he leads sales, marketing, and property development for high-value outdoor and real estate ventures, including upland game hunts and corporate retreats
Started his career at RAE Coils as an Account Manager, assisting HVAC clients with OEM, spec, and custom coil replacement projects
Also managed equipment testing operations and employee scheduling in the RAE lab, ensuring quality control and efficient production support
Evan’s return brings both valuable outside experience and a strong internal foundation. We’re confident that his leadership will keep the momentum going in Coils and help take the team to new heights. Please join us in welcoming him back to RAE!
