Human Resources
The Human Resources department supports RAE employees by managing employment-related programs, policies, and services. HR serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, ensuring a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace.
Attendance E-Signatures Announcement
We are transitioning from paper attendance warnings to a digital process using Attendance Counts. This change allows attendance notices to be delivered, reviewed, and signed electronically, helping streamline communication and improve overall efficiency.
When an attendance notice is issued, employees will receive a message via text or email with a secure link to access their notice. From there, the notice can be reviewed in full and signed electronically. Employees are expected to read through the information carefully and complete the signature promptly if everything is accurate.
These messages are legitimate and part of our new process. If you receive a notification regarding an attendance notice, it is safe to open and review. This system is designed to provide a more efficient and trackable way to manage attendance documentation while reducing reliance on paper.
If there are any questions or concerns about the information provided in a notice, employees should reach out to Haley Davis (HR) or their leadership team before signing. It is important that all details are clearly understood prior to completing the acknowledgment.
This rollout will begin as a trial period as we evaluate how the program performs and identify any opportunities for improvement. Feedback and communication during this time will help ensure the process works effectively for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions (HR)
How do I request time off or report an absence?
All time off requests must be submitted through ADP. Employees can log in to ADP through the employee portal or mobile app, navigate to Time Off or My Time & Attendance, and select Request Time Off. After choosing the appropriate time off type and entering the requested dates and hours, the request should be reviewed and submitted for manager approval. Employees will be notified in ADP once the request is approved or denied.
