The goal of the HR Department is to advocate for the success and inclusion of employees while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment that ensures overall organizational success. 

We focus on areas that include employee relations, employee experience, employee wellness, staffing solutions, leaves of absence, conflict resolution, leadership development, culture, safety, and employee engagement programs, just to name a few.

Attendance Policy Update

This is a revision of the attendance policy announced at the beginning of the year. Updates have been made to clarify PTO and weekly bonuses.

📌 Key Updates:

  • An FAQ page is available for common questions.

  • The link to submit attendance policy-related questions is still live and actively monitored.

  • Hourly Non-Exempt employees do not need to worry about this policy, as a separate one will be released soon.

  • Points will be visible on paystubs starting February 27. (Non-Exempt employees should ignore the points for now, as they are not accurate for this group.)
