RAE Headquarters
IT Support & Technology Services
At RAE Corporation, the Information Technology (IT) team plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing our technology infrastructure. From ensuring network security and optimizing software development to providing day-to-day technical support, our IT professionals work diligently to support the company's operational needs and strategic growth. Below, you’ll find more information about the team, the support we provide, and how we ensure RAE Corporation stays at the forefront of technology.
Introducing the IsItSafe Mailbox
IT is excited to announce a new service:
Cybersecurity threats are becoming increasingly sophisticated and more difficult to identify. Many modern attacks rely as much on psychology and social engineering as they do on technical methods. Because of this, prevention starts with awareness — and with asking questions.

The IsItSafe mailbox is a shared inbox monitored by our cybersecurity team. If you:

-
Receive a suspicious email
-
Are unsure about opening a file
-
Question whether a link is legitimate
-
Want a second opinion on something unusual

Simply forward the message to IsItSafe@rae-corp.com, and our team will review it.

No business function at RAE is so critical that it cannot wait for a second set of eyes.
We strongly encourage you to use this tool — even if you are only slightly unsure. IT would rather review 100 false alarms than miss one legitimate threat. Asking questions helps protect not only you, but the entire company.

When in doubt, ask: Is It Safe?
Cyber Aware Awards Program
To reinforce our security-first culture, we are launching a new recognition program: Cyber Aware Awards.

Each month, IT will spotlight one employee who:

-
Used the IsItSafe mailbox
-
Demonstrated proactive, security-minded thinking
-
Helped prevent a potential incident

The selected employee will:

-
Have their story shared internally
-
Receive a reward valued at $50

This initiative allows us to both recognize employees who practice safe behavior and share real-world examples of threats seen at RAE.

Cybersecurity is a team effort — and awareness is our strongest defense.
