Celebrating Your Resilience - One Month of IFS.

As of this week, our ERP software transition occurred one month ago. We know this has been a challenging transition for everyone within our organization, and we applaud your hard work, teachability, and patience during this difficult process.

What We Should Celebrate!

The clearest win is that we are live! That alone is a huge milestone.

RAE is still adjusting—and understandably so. We’ve transitioned to a platform that positions us for long-term success. The change isn’t easy, but it’s a necessary step toward improving how we operate.

Some steps may feel extra right now, but completing them on time is essential to ensure the system functions as intended—and ultimately becomes easier to use than it is today. We’re committed to ongoing improvements that will enhance the overall user experience.

Another big win is that we’re now better positioned for automation going forward. IFS gives us opportunities that just weren’t possible in Mocha, and while we’re not fully there yet, the foundation is in place to make meaningful improvements over time.

We are so thankful to each of you for your part in making this happen. Hopefully, the worst is behind us and we are able to focus on continued improvement and can surpass our pre-IFS goals.

Where do we go from here?

We need everyone to stay engaged, continue learning the system, and understand that this kind of shift was always going to be a heavy lift—but one that pays off long-term. Mocha was never going to get us there.

This transition is by far one of the largest organization-wide projects we have ever undertaken. We are proud to have made it this far and are excited to see where we can go from here. We win when we work together!
