At RAE Corporation, our core values guide everything we do—from how we support our people to how we continuously raise the bar for quality and leadership. Today, we’re excited to share a few important updates related to organizational changes and the next phase of our quality journey.
Effective immediately, John Jackson will be transitioning into a newly defined role focused on Century and RSI, with an emphasis on the customer experience after shipment. In this role, John will lead a department focused on ensuring that issues identified in the field are clearly communicated back into the organization and addressed proactively.
He will also help train contractor and service technicians working on our equipment through a Century / RSI Certified Contractor Program. Until this role is fully defined, John will continue to report to Jay Kindle as Principal Engineer.
At the same time, Macy Kindle will be stepping into the role of Director of Quality. Macy brings strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of our standards, processes, and day-to-day operations. She has played a key role in strengthening our quality systems and driving consistency across teams, and we are confident she will continue to elevate our quality focus as we move forward.
In parallel with these changes, we are officially entering the beginning stages of our ISO 9001 certification process. This week marks our first round of external audits, with a second round scheduled to follow soon.
John and Macy will be working closely together on this initiative as they step into their new roles, helping ensure we build a strong, sustainable quality system for the future.
Please join us in congratulating John Jackson and Macy Kindle as they take on these new responsibilities. These updates reflect an important step forward as we continue to strengthen our organization and support long-term growth.
