We’re Excited to Celebrate Two RAE Promotions!

Caylee Freeny — Promoted to HR Supervisor

Caylee Freeny has been with RAE for 4.5 years, working across various areas of Human Resources and building a strong foundation in supporting our people and processes. She is thrilled about this promotion and excited to continue growing in this new role.

Outside of work, Caylee is married and a proud mom of two sweet little girls, keeping her busy and inspired. She is grateful for the opportunities she’s had at RAE and looks forward to contributing even more to our team’s success in the years ahead.

Haley Davis — Promoted to HR Generalist

For the past year, Haley Davis has served as Employee Experience Coordinator at RAE Corporation, focusing on events, employee engagement, and creating an enjoyable workplace culture. Working alongside her fabulous team—Cassie, Callie, Taylor, and Shelby—she has built meaningful connections across the company and fostered a strong sense of community.

Haley has also been actively involved with the RAE Family Foundation, supporting its mission and impact throughout the organization.

Haley will take over Caylee’s previous role as HR Manager.
