We’re pleased to share an important leadership update at Century that reflects our continued commitment to growth, alignment, and delivering stronger support to our customers and partners.
New Roles, Effective Immediately
Evan Jones has been appointed Director of Sales
Wesley Driver will continue supporting Century’s growth as Business Development Manager
This decision reflects an intentional alignment of responsibilities designed to strengthen Century’s leadership, improve execution, and better support our representative partners and customers as we continue to grow.
We have full confidence in both Evan and Wesley and the leadership they bring to their respective roles.
Evan Jones — Director of Sales

As Director of Sales, Evan will lead Century’s sales organization with a focus on:
Team development and internal alignment
Strengthening communication across departments
Enhancing resources to support scalable, long-term growth
Driving engagement with partners and expanding market reach
Evan brings a strong background across sales, rep management, and marketing. His leadership experience and strategic perspective position him well to guide Century into its next phase of development.
Wesley Driver — Business Development Manager

Wes has played a vital role in Century’s success over the past 11 years, helping build the foundation of what Century is today.
In his continued role as Business Development Manager, Wes will focus on:
Strengthening market development efforts
Expanding key relationships
Identifying new growth opportunities
Supporting Century’s presence across the industry
His deep industry knowledge and strong market relationships will remain a major asset to Century moving forward.
By aligning these roles around their greatest strengths, Century Refrigeration is reinforcing both internal leadership and external market support. This move strengthens our commitment to growth, responsiveness, and long-term success.
