Continuing the Commitment to Process Improvement Through Leadership Promotion

RAE Corporation is proud to announce the promotion of Dustin Boston to Process Engineering Manager.


Dustin has been recognized for his hard work, dedication, and measurable impact within the organization. His promotion reflects both his technical expertise and his commitment to operational excellence.



Previously, Dustin served as a Process Engineer within the RAE National Accounts division. In that role, he:


  • Supported the setup of production lines for secondary equipment

  • Developed and documented manufacturing processes

  • Partnered with Production to create standardized sub-assemblies

  • Designed and supported manufacturing fixtures and jigs


His primary focus centered on improving repeatability, quality, and overall efficiency across the production floor.


Through structured process development and cross-functional collaboration, Dustin helped strengthen operational consistency and manufacturing performance.



In his new role as Process Engineering Manager, Dustin will lead and manage a team of Process Engineers.


Together, the team will continue advancing process engineering initiatives by:


  • Driving structured process improvements

  • Enhancing standardization efforts

  • Implementing efficiency-focused manufacturing initiatives

  • Supporting new product introductions

  • Maintaining operational excellence across production


This leadership role positions Dustin to further expand his impact by developing talent, reinforcing quality systems, and supporting scalable manufacturing growth.



Strong process engineering is foundational to operational success. Dustin’s experience, technical knowledge, and collaborative leadership style will continue strengthening RAE’s manufacturing capabilities.
