We are excited to share an important update within the RAE family as we announce a leadership transition in our Coil Shop—one that recognizes years of dedication, growth, and exceptional service.

Celebrating Shannon Littledave’s Leadership
After 16 years with RAE and more than a decade leading the Coil Shop, Shannon Littledave will be transitioning into a new role within the company. Her impact on the Coil Shop—and on RAE as a whole—cannot be overstated.
Since stepping into the Supervisor position in May 2015, Shannon has guided the department through a remarkable period of expansion and evolution. Under her leadership:
Coil completions doubled, growing from $16M in 2015 to more than $32M last year.
Team size increased from 92 employees in 2016 to 184 today, reflecting both operational growth and the trust placed in the team's capabilities.
The Coil Shop developed into one of the most stable and high-performing departments in the entire organization.
Shannon’s commitment to her team, her deep knowledge of our processes, and her steady leadership have shaped the Coil Shop into what it is today. While her transition marks a major change, it is also an exciting opportunity. In her new position, Shannon will apply her expertise, professionalism, and problem-solving skills to a broader part of the organization—continuing to support RAE’s growth for years to come.
Welcoming John Fogleman
We are pleased to announce that John Fogleman, a new addition to the RAE team, will be stepping into the role of Coil Shop Supervisor, effective November 17th. Shannon will be working closely with John over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Additional details about next steps and interim support will be shared shortly.
A New Chapter for the Coil Shop
This moment represents both a celebration and a new beginning. We are grateful for everything Shannon has accomplished during her time leading the Coil Shop, and we are excited to see her continue making a difference in her new role. At the same time, we look forward to welcoming John into the leadership team and supporting him as he steps into this key position.
Please join us in congratulating Shannon on this next step in her RAE journey—and in welcoming John as he begins his.
