Is my feedback anonymous?

No. Employees are asked to provide their name so additional information or clarification can be gathered if needed. Retaliation for honest and respectful feedback is not tolerated.

 

Who reviews submissions?

Submissions are reviewed by the appropriate leadership teams depending on the topic, department, or area referenced in the feedback.

 

What type of feedback can I submit?

Employees are encouraged to share ideas, workplace improvements, concerns, communication feedback, process suggestions, and other constructive input that can help improve the RAE experience.

 

Can I submit feedback about a specific department?

Yes. You may submit feedback related to the company as a whole or to a

specific department, process, or team.

 

Will my feedback lead to changes?

Employee feedback helps identify opportunities for improvement across RAE. While not every suggestion can be implemented immediately, all submissions are reviewed and considered.

 

What should I avoid including in submissions?

Please keep feedback professional, respectful, and constructive. Personal attacks, inappropriate language, or false information should not be included.

Peer PRAES is an employee recognition program designed to celebrate team members who go above and beyond in their roles each day.
