Attendance Points Are Now Available in Paycom

A new way to stay informed and up to date on your attendance status.

RAE has officially transitioned away from AttendanceCounts for tracking employee attendance points. Moving forward, employees can view their attendance information directly within Paycom.

We encourage all employees to periodically check their attendance points so they can stay informed about their current attendance status and quickly identify anything that may need to be reviewed.

How to View Your Attendance Points in Paycom

You can access your attendance information from your Paycom web timesheet in just a few steps.

Step 1: Open Your Web Timesheet

Log in to your Paycom account and navigate to your web timesheet.

Step 2: Go to Exceptions

From your web timesheet, navigate to:

Time Management → Exceptions

Step 3: Select a Date Range

Once you're on the Exceptions page, select the date range you would like to review.

Step 4: Click Generate

Click Generate to display your attendance information for the selected date range.

Quick Navigation: Time Management → Exceptions → Select Date Range → Generate

When reviewing your points, make sure the date range covers the entire rolling year. For example, if you are checking your current points today, you would need to set the start date to 8/21/2025 to ensure all active points are included.
