Paycom Clocking Begins

Beginning Sunday, August 9th, RAE will transition from ADP Time Clocks to Paycom Time Clocks.

Most areas will have both an ADP Clock and a Paycom Clock installed to make the transition easy for our weekend shift employees.

Employees will clock off Saturday via ADP and clock in Sunday via Paycom.

Weekend Shift: Take note of clocking locations for both ADP and Paycom

  • Coil Shop ADP Clocks: Original Coil Test Door & HydroBraze Door

  • Coil Shop Paycom Clocks: Behind Fin Press & Between Header & HydroBraze

  • Final Assembly: 1 ADP and 1 Paycom at normal clock location

  • RAE South/NAP ADP Clocks: Old South Breakroom Entrance & Beam 18A

  • RAE South/NAP Paycom Clocks: Beam 12A and Clock by NAP Stockroom Entrance

An Important Change to Note:

We have added a step to the clocking process.

Instead of simply tapping your badge in the vicinity of the sensor (location shown in photo below) you must also now let the clock know which punch you are making (In, Out, Out to Lunch, In from Lunch).

Our HR team worked to make the new process as similar to the existing one as possible.

Please see below photos for reference.

Step 1: Tap Badge as Normal

Step 2: Select Punch Option

Employees who have mobile clocking will need to use a physical time clock on-site or log in to their Paycom account on a computer or laptop to clock in and out.

Starting Sunday, employees will no longer clock IFS using their 4-digit numeric code, they will transition to using their new Paycom alphanumeric code. This code is located in your Paycom Self Service account under Information ----- Human Resources

Please reach out to Sarah Hayes AND Caylee Freeny with any questions. They will do their best to respond as quickly as possible.
