Two longtime RAE employees are beginning their well-earned retirements after more than 55 combined years of dedicated service. Please join us in recognizing David Salmon and Ronnie Eichelberger and thanking them for their hard work and contributions to RAE Corporation.
David Salmon Celebrates 36 Years of Service
David Salmon began his career with RAE in October 1989 as a builder in the coil department. Over nearly four decades, he worked across every area of the department, became a Lead, and served as a supervisor for several years.
Dave is grateful for the opportunities RAE has provided and would like to extend a special thank-you to Eric and Jerry Jr. for their support throughout his career.
We are deeply grateful for Dave's leadership, loyalty, and 36 years of dedicated service.

Ronnie Eichelberger Celebrates More Than 19 Years of Service
Ronnie Eichelberger began his career with RAE more than 19 years ago, spending his first year as a coil builder. For the next 18 years, he became a dependable mainstay on the fin press, supporting daily manufacturing operations with consistency and skill.
Ronnie's hard work, reliability, and dedicated craftsmanship have lett a lasting impact on RAE. We sincerely appreciate his many years of service and everything he has contributed throughout his career.
