From ADP to Paycom: Preparing for the Transition

We're excited to announce that RAE is transitioning from ADP to Paycom as our new payroll and human resources system.


Paycom will provide an improved employee experience with easier access to payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and personal information, all in one place.


Over the next several weeks, we'll be sharing the training, resources, and updates you need to make this transition as smooth as possible.



Paycom Training Opportunities


To help you get started with Paycom, we're offering two in-person training days. During registration, you'll choose the time that works best for your schedule.


Session 1 – Tuesday, July 21

Choose one of the following training times:

  • 9:00 AM

  • 11:00 AM

  • 1:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM


Session 2 – Thursday, July 23

Choose one of the following training times:

  • 9:00 AM

  • 11:00 AM

  • 1:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM


Each training session lasts approximately 30 minutes. Managers and leaders should plan to stay an additional 15 minutes for manager-specific navigation training.


Space is limited to 40 participants per training time.





Beginning July 21, employees who prefer a self-paced option will have access to online DOT training. The link will be added to the details section for the event.



Important Dates


July 23

  • Watch for your Paycom Welcome Email.

  • Log in and verify your personal information.

  • You will have one week to complete your verification.


July 26

  • First day to clock in using Paycom.


August 6

  • First hourly paycheck processed through Paycom.


August 15

  • First salaried paycheck processed through Paycom.
