We are excited to share some important updates here at RAE!
RAE Corporation is pleased to announce that Will Morales has joined the company as Director of Manufacturing Operations.
Will brings 18 years of operations leadership across manufacturing and logistics, most recently at Amazon. He previously led manufacturing plants at Cascades, Church & Dwight, and Kimberly-Clark. A mechanical engineer by training, his approach centers on building strong teams, driving operational excellence through lean practices, and fostering a culture where employees are engaged and positioned to succeed. He is especially energized by developing leaders and solving complex operational challenges alongside his team.
Will has lived in Tulsa since 2022 and is an active member of the community. Outside of work, he enjoys running, camping, and spending time with his two children, ages 9 and 6.
In his early days at RAE, Will plans to focus on listening and learning, spending time understanding current operations, what's working well, and where there are opportunities for growth.
