Cowboy Christmas: Room Booking

This year’s party theme is COWBOY CHRISTMAS!

Our annual RAE Corporation Christmas Party will be held on December 12th, from 6:30-10:30PM at River Spirit Hotel & Casino!

The evening will include a served dinner, entertainment, prizes, and two drink tickets per guest. Each employee may bring one guest, and guests do not need to be 21+ to attend the party.

Room bookings are now OPEN.

You do not have to purchase a room to attend the event. Event tickets will be for sale in November!

Room confirmation numbers will be distributed via email closer to the event. Employees with room reservations will pick up their event packet at hotel check-in on the day of the event. Packets will include party wristbands, drink tickets, and Margaritaville breakfast vouchers for VIP packages, if applicable.

A valid ID and credit card will be required at hotel check-in for incidentals.

For employees who did not reserve a room, event-only ticket sales will go live on RAE HQ in November.

Tickets will be digital and do not need to be presented at the event. We will check your name to our list of room bookings.

• Payment Methods: Credit/debit card or Employee AR. 

  If using Employee AR please use the following code when asked on purchasing: EMPLOYEEAR26.

  • Employee AR will only be available to purchase tickets until September 30th, 2026 at 5PM. 

  • All Employee AR deductions will occur in October.

    • Salary employees: 2 deductions

    • Hourly employees: 4 deductions

  • Temporary employees are not eligible to use Employee AR.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Important Information

• You must be an RAE employee to reserve a room.

• If your employment is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, your room reservation will be canceled.

• Room transfers between employees are prohibited.

Limited to 225 total room packages.
