2025 Leadership Retreat
Together We Evolve. Excellence Powered by People.
Our Annual Leadership Retreat is a two day event to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Each year, we come together to celebrate our wins, share our lessons, and align on the road ahead. It’s an opportunity for every leader to showcase how their team’s efforts have shaped our success—and to refresh our commitment to growing stronger together. Through thoughtful presentations, collaborative discussions, and energizing team-building activities, we set the tone for another year of purpose, alignment, and excellence.

Retreat Presentations
As we’ve continued shaping the flow of the retreat, it’s clear that we need to return to the two-presentation structure with one minor change; you will present as a team as opposed to individual presentations.
With that in mind, each department will deliver:
-
Day 1: A team presentation on 2025 results and impact
-
Day 2: A team presentation on 2026 goals and initiatives
While these are team presentations, every leader is expected to participate in a meaningful way. Departments will need to collaborate to determine how to divide their time and content among team members, and a single Q&A will occur after the full department has presented to keep the agenda moving smoothly.
Our schedule also includes several high-value breakout sessions designed to support, equip, and re-energize you as leaders. To protect that time, it is critical that each department stays within its allotted window. If your group uses the full allotted time before your last presenter has had a chance to speak, that person will not have time to present. In other words, going over on time doesn’t just affect the agenda—it directly impacts your own teammate’s opportunity to share their work and be recognized. I know some of you have already begun preparing individual content, and much of that can still be incorporated into your department’s team presentations. Thank you again for your flexibility and the preparation you’re putting into making this retreat meaningful and impactful.
