Event Details:
Celebrate the holidays with us at the annual RAE Corp Christmas Party! Join us for an exciting night of appreciation, entertainment, and festive fun.
Reserve your hotel room—space is limited!
Employees have the option for rooms with ONE (1) King bed or TWO (2) Queen Beds unless otherwise requested. Room reservations close in October unless sold out sooner.
A packet with your wristband and drink tickets will be provided at check-in to the event.
Ticket Sales (No Room): Go live November 19th
This year’s party theme will be revealed when room sales go live! Each employee may bring one guest. Must be an employee to reserve a room. Guests do not need to be 21+ to attend the event.
Please Note:
*If your employment is terminated, voluntarily or involuntarily, your room reservation will be canceled.
*Refunds are not available as all purchases are non-refundable.
*Room transfers between employees are prohibited.

Your purchase includes one (1) room with a King size bed at River Spirit Hotel and Casino for December 13th, 2025 as well as guest admission for two (2) to the Casino Royale. Check in at the hotel the day of the event and you will receive a packet which will include your drink tickets and your wristbands for party admission. You will receive your room confirmation number two (2) weeks before the day of the event.
